Refund Policy

SAKB Refund Policy

Hey there, SAKB family! We want you to love everything you buy from us. But we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we have this Refund Policy. It’s simple, fair, and designed with you in mind.

1. Returns: The Basics

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
  • All tags must still be attached.

4. Exchange Instead of Refund

For customers who wish to exchange an old product for a new one:

  1. Visit our store: The customer should visit our store to initiate the exchange process.
  2. Order the new product: Once at the store, the customer should place an order for the new product they desire.
  3. Contact our customer helpline: After placing the order, the customer should contact our customer helpline to inform them of their intention to exchange an old product for the new one.
  4. Rider will receive the old product and deliver the new product: When our rider delivers the new product, they will also collect the old product from the customer. This ensures a seamless exchange process and minimizes inconvenience for our customers.
  5. Price adjustments: If the price of the new product is higher than the old product, the customer will need to pay the difference in cash to the rider. Conversely, if the price of the new product is lower than the old product, the customer will receive a refund from our company. To arrange the refund, the customer can contact our customer helpline.

5. Items on Sale

  • Sale items can be returned, but only for store credit.
  • This store credit is valid for 6 months from the date it’s issued.

6. Faulty Items

  • If you receive a faulty item, let us know right away!
  • We’ll cover the cost of shipping it back to us.
  • You can choose between a refund or a replacement.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Don’t see your refund after 10 days? Don’t worry!
  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company. It might take some time to process.
